Exhibition will be open for registered congress participants and registered accompanying persons during the following hours:
All participants and exhibitors are requested to wear their name badges throughout the Congress in order to be admitted to the lecture halls and scheduled activities.
Free WIFI is available to Congress participants.
Free internet facilities are available to all Congress participants in the Exhibition Area during exhibition opening hours. Please be considerate of fellow participants when using these facilities.
INVITED SPEAKER AND ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Presentations by invited speakers and oral presenters giving a formal lecture are available as a read-only Powerpoint and PDF format that can be accessed via the Mobile App and ACPID USB Card.
Abstracts will be accessible to all delegates via the Mobile App during and after the Congress.
E-Posters will be made available on the Mobile App.
MEET THE EXPERT SESSIONS
Meet the experts sessions will be held on November 9-10, 2016 between 07.30 - 08.20 hrs. There is no need to register for these sessions. If the room is full you may need to choose to attend another session.
Coffee / tea will be served at no extra cost to all Congress participants in the Exhibition Hall as indicated in the schedule.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
The certificate will be available at the registration desk from 15.00 hrs. of November 9, 2016 onwards.
All registered participants and registered accompanying persons have free admission to the exhibition.

PASSPORT AND VISA
Visitors entering the Kingdom of Thailand are generally required to have a valid passport and visa. The organizer recommends that participants contact the nearest Royal Thai embassy/consulate or Representative of Thailand in their countries for visa requirements.
BANKING AND CURRENCY
Thai currency is the Baht. Foreign currency can be exchanged at the Suvarnabhumi International Airport upon arrival and in other banks located in Bangkok. Hotels and stores also accept major currencies at reasonable rates of exchange. Major credit cards are acceptable by most local, commercial establishments. Please consult e.g. http://www.oanda.com for the day-today exchange rates.
Bangkok, Phuket & Chiang Mai has abundant facilities for foreign shoppers and a number of shopping arcades. Most department stores offer a large assortment of top quality merchandise at fixed prices. You will find the commodities suitable to your taste.
The power in Thailand is 220 V 50 Hz AC.
Internet access will be available at the Congress venue, as well as in hotels and public places.
The official language of the Congress is English.

GUEST ATTENDANCE POLICY
All event activities (including sessions, meals, exhibition halls.etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered participants. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues,etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.
LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Hotels strongly recommend that you use their safety deposit boxes for your valuables.
ACPID is non-smoking Congress and participants are requested to refrain from smoking in the Congress Venue.
NO PHOTOGRAPHY DURING SESSION POLICY
The organizers respectfully request participants not to take photographs of slide during sessions. All materials are available via the Congress Mobile App subject to speakers permission.
